We Learn. We Give. We Lead. We Live. Obstacle Course Racing is the Ultimate Sport. In order to be successful, a competitor needs to train across all dimensions of physical fitness. In every single obstacle course, you will rely on strength, speed, power, muscle endurance, balance, coordination, anaerobic endurance, and aerobic endurance. This is not true for sports such as the marathon or triathlon, where the athlete only needs aerobic endurance to be successful.
