Mama Gets Her Six Pack Back (take 2). My postpartum journey to optimum health and performance. Tuesday, April 5, 2011. My workouts have been steadily decreasing for the past 3 months, but without any or at least much decrease in strength. So, that's odd, particulary for a metcon queen like myself.
