Friday, March 6, 2009. As much as I have struggled with accepting her disease and her prognosis, I have also come to learn how much my girls and I are learning from her. Greta Banks has developed a greater compassion and understanding for people with disabilities. She helps grandmama. Up the stairs, turns on the light switch, and even tries to help mom unbutton her pants when she can't do it alone. I've seen my daughter. About life.even at an early age! Sunday, March 28, 2010. To Aunt Jane's We Go. Aunt Jane lives in Wilmington, just a few houses away from the beach. We finally made it down there to visit with her and had a wonderful weekend! It was really cold, but we still made it to the beach and had a great time. Kate spent most of her beach time collecting seashells with Grandma. Brower. Just ran and ran and ran.everywhere!
