I never ever want to compare them against each other and will always treat them each as their own person. However, I love seeing their unique personalities already drastically different from each other and wanted to document! Mae has a darker, olive complexion and so far Maggie's is pretty fair with light pink cheeks.

Pepper and garlic salt to taste. 1 TBSP local honey. 1 TBSP low sodium soy. 1 TBSP rice wine vinegar. 1 TBSP toasted sesame seeds. Whisk together: honey, soy, and vinegar. Pepper and Garlic Salt the filets. Pour honey marinade over fish filets (in ziploc bag or just in a casserole dish) reserving about a TBSP for later. Allow that to marinate for 30 minutes-1 hour. Coat a saute pan with non stick spray-or use a little olive oil, I just had the spray handy. Heat pan on medium. Labels: From my Kitchen.

The stockings were hung. For Christmas this year I decided to make our stockings. We had been using mismatched ones from our parents houses and I wanted something special for us. Lucky for me, my mom is practically a master seamstress and directed me through the steps. I used red velvet for my stocking, green corduroy for Chris's and a brown suede for Bella's. For the top border we used wool, which mom stitched by hand. I don't quite have step by step directions, just a few pictures to share.

Thoughts and ramblings of a blessed wife and mom. Who I am…. Oh Happy, Happy Day. May 8, 2015. My husband told me last night, You haven’t blogged in a while. I think it’s time. He said that in response to my happy tearsok, if I’m being honest it was a complete waterfall of tears. I lost it. You see, last night I saw my final grades for my undergraduate degree. Since being back in school in January 2013, I have kept a 4.0 GPA. What? I literally have tears in my eyes because of the blessing you showed me.
