Blue Jewel Bakes Recipe - Ryan Bickham
http://www.ryanbickham.co.uk/dad-lad-blog/blue-jewel-bakes
Recently our little man has taken a real interest in cooking; ‘I can cook’ is quickly filling up the planner so we thought we’d give one of the recipes a go. This is a slightly amended version of the Blue Jewel Bakes recipe. Vegetable oil, for greasing. 200ml/7 fl oz milk. 2 tsp runny honey. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 90g/3 oz self-raising flour. Icing sugar, for presentation. Preheat the oven to 220C/450F/Gas 7. Grease a twelve-hole muffin tin with vegetable oil using a pastry brush. Create a free website.
Do you remember? ThunderCats - Ryan Bickham

Another trip down memory lane. A lot of my childhood memories include kid’s cartoons; it’s no surprise really, I was a kid at the time after all. There are lots I could choose from, but one of my favourites was ThunderCats ThunderCats, ThunderCats, Ho! I remember getting up on a Saturday morning, sitting down in front of the TV watching ‘Going Live’ in my pyjamas and eating my Nesquik, waiting for the intro to kick in. Create a free website.

My Sunday Photo - Another Night of Hygge. Last night we had another night of Hygge. If you don't know, Hygge is. The art of creating intimacy. Cosiness of the soul. My Sunday Photo this week is just a small moment in time from our Hygge night with T relaxed and enjoying some food. My Sunday Photo - Sunnycroft. Here the boys are...

http://www.diydaddyblog.com/2015/08/the-competitive-nature-of-parents.html
The competitive nature of parents. August 6, 2015. September 14, 2016. Having children is the most wonderful and rewarding experience you could ever wish for, but why is it that some parents feel the need to compete with other parents on just about everything? 1 I am sure we have all heard this one! Of course nothing is the matter, but you question yourself. Some children just take a little longer getting there. 3Moving into the second year, you’ll probably hear other talk about how much their own ...

#DoTheDadDance - DIY Daddy
http://www.diydaddyblog.com/2015/08/dothedaddance.html
August 6, 2015. September 14, 2016. Dad dancing is one of the world’s unexplainable, natural phenomenon’s. Before becoming dads, all men have the ability to shake their groove thing and then the second that little bundle of joy arrives, dad grows 2 left feet and develops an awkward shuffle. Ok, ok. That isn’t exactly fact, but there is a definite trend in the way many dads dance. To continue to raise the profile of dads all around the world, The Dad Network. The campaign is simple:. We need as many dads ...

Are the children of today spoilt? August 31, 2015. September 14, 2016. I have always loved the elderly generation especially when they say that kids today have so much more than they ever had. Well of course they have! I mean comparatively speaking that was like living in the dark ages! A radio was the only luxury in a home. What I wonder is are the children of today growing up in a society of must haves? August 28, 2015. September 25, 2016. Brilliant dad feature week 27. August 28, 2015. I’m Joe R...

R and her Minions T-Shirt. August 5, 2015. September 14, 2016. R has an overwhelming obsession with the colour blue and in particular a minions blue t-shirt. How this started and why I am not sure, but it is certainly there now. She has blue shorts and blue t-shirts and these are the only things she will wear from her extensive wardrobe! We had a bit of an issue because she was refusing to have them washed and infact would take them to bed at night time to stop us from washing them! R’s bottom lip ...

Exterior painting of bungalow in two colours - DIY Daddy

Exterior painting of bungalow in two colours. August 11, 2015. September 14, 2016. Just recently I was employed to paint the exterior of a bungalow which is part brick and part pebble-dash using two different colours. The trick was to use colours that complemented each other. The first part of the job was to prepare all of the surfaces for painting which involved removing any loose paint and filling any cracks or holes with flexible filler. Finally the rear gate to the property. I stained it in Sadol...

Or, as Ming would have it, the moment to simmer. There was no way I could talk to Matty covered in sticky rice. Was the universe throwing obstacles in my way to keep me from making a mistake? Or was I just screwed? But, at the moment, the dumpster hump was my primary objective. And good news! I couldn't hate them for that....
