Like for some it's. lets say clowns (which really aren't that scary yet I know some of you refuse to go to the circus for fear of an encounter.) But it's cool, because others out there are extremely scared of lizards, Sugar Ray, balloons, the dark, touching the door knob in public restrooms, the man with knobby knees in texas chainsaw massacre. This is meat that I eat!

My thoughts on life and God. Thursday, October 16, 2008. Three sleeping boys. thank you Lord. For baby Luke rocking soundly asleep in his swing. he'll be awake again in two hours to eat. thank you Lord that he is healthy. thank you for his first smile yesterday. It was quick and it didn't last long because he is still learning but in those 2 seconds he melted my heart and made my day. his name says it all "gift from God". Encouraging words this morning. So this morning I pulled an old book of my shelf, it was a copy of Henry Blackaby. S Experiencing God Day-by-Day. It was given to me back in 1999 by a great friend, Michael Wright. He gave it to me for my high school graduation and wrote some very encouraging words on the inside covered. Well, those weren't the only encouraging words that I re-read this morning. His reply - exactly the same : close enough to Me to hear My voice and recognize My calling. I want just $3 worth.
