Monday, October 22, 2007. This recipe came from one of those recipe chain emails and boy am I thankful. I made it last night and it was AMAZING! I used mitaki mushrooms and fresh egg noodles. 2 1/2 – 3 oz thin egg(less) noodles. 1/4-cup tofu (meat eaters may enjoy something else). 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger. 1 small chili pepper. 1 tsp curry powder.
