I worked on several shots for this period drama for Channel 4, using both 3d and 2d techniques. The main shot I worked on was of a 17th-Century harbour. The harbour and ships needed to be created in CG. I modelled the ship in Maya, textured using Photoshop, and rendered using V-Ray - then comped it into the shot in Nuke to get everything to match as much as possible before sending it across to Flame for some final tweaks. This was a 12 minute IMAX animation for Ferrari World in Abi Dhabi. It is used as part of a show where dancers are taken through this animated journey, and interact with the animation as they do so. I used Maya to create the sequences involving the exterior and interior of the villa, and the camera pan out at the end. I modelled, textured, lit, and rendered the interior and exterior of the villa - as well as tweaking the animation. Harry Hill - The Movie.

I worked on a few cleanup shots for this latest video from Arcade Fire. These involved replacing a swinging light in one shot to make it stable, having to recreate the shadows in the process, and getting rid of some elements on the floor that were distracting. Harry Hill - The Movie.

This was a TV show for kids of all ages on Sky TV! I worked on about 45 shots for the show in the space of two weeks. This was mostly bluescreen work putting in backgrounds and additionally shot elements to create various scenes like the jungle, and the treetops where the giant beast can be found. There was also animation to make the imps fly, particle effects for the portals, and other effects such as the glowing path. All work carried out in Nuke, with some additional painting done using Photoshop.

A BBC period drama set in one village between 1914-1918. It was filmed in the Peak District, but required a lot of cleanup on most external shots to get rid of satellite dishes, lampposts, telephone wires, and other technology that wouldn't have been around at the time.
