http://photographersgallery.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
The Young Cats of Canadian Photojournalism. Thursday, August 31, 2006. Word from the West. PS- I need to cut some silhouettes out of this group. I think that three is way too many. Any editing help would be greatly appreciated. Posted by photogs at 11:52 PM. Totally caught me off guard. I was checking out the online portfolio of Dave H., a brit who is looking to come over to Canada to work. I was browsing through a couple of nice sports pics (most soccer).then I come to this! http://photographersgallery.blogspot.com/2006_05_01_archive.html
The Young Cats of Canadian Photojournalism. Wednesday, May 31, 2006. Here is just some recent struff I have been shooting. 1) Amos Tirop Matui, from Kenya, crossed the finish line first but placed third because he and a number of other runners missed a part of the course while running the Ottawa Marathon during the National Capitol Race Weekend. How do you shoot a backlit Kenyan without causing your background to go supernova? Posted by photogs at 9:28 PM. Posted by photogs at 9:04 PM. Some pics from the...

The Young Cats of Canadian Photojournalism: April 2006
http://photographersgallery.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
The Young Cats of Canadian Photojournalism. Sunday, April 30, 2006. So the Extreme Cage Fighting championships came to the sleepy town of Halifax, NS and it was ridiculous. To each their own, but it's not my thing, I hadn't even really seen it on TV, but I certainly got a good feel for it last night. But when I wasn't watching who was going to punch me, I had to make pictures, but only one with blood - the paper wanted atmosphere. Posted by photogs at 7:17 PM. Posted by photogs at 2:22 PM. http://photographersgallery.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html
The Young Cats of Canadian Photojournalism. Saturday, December 30, 2006. I thought I would throw a new picture on here. I snapped this the other night of kids on a carousel and I couldn't believe that it found its way to the front page the next day. Posted by photogs at 2:54 PM. Saturday, December 23, 2006. Shot I took a few weeks ago, I tried to make them into Christmas cards to send out but the printer messed up the order. Anyways, all the best to all the Young Cats in 07'! Ottawa Wedding Photographer Blair Gable. Photography is my absolute passion. It hit me immediately the first time I ever held a camera when I was a teen. The second I snapped that first photo, I knew I was going to do something with this and I was going to work really hard at being great at it. As you can imagine, knowing what you want to do with your life at such a young age really helps you focus. I say friendship because that’s what I hope our relationship will turn in to. You’ll be trusting me wi...

Just a little taste. July 24, 2013 at 10:54 pm ( Uncategorized. Two things are happening right now. 1. More popular books than ever are being turned into movies* and 2. I’ve been reading a lot of books. Now, when I say I’m reading of course that assumes listening to the audiobooks during my commute is reading. Since this conversation is pretty much one-sided and I’m the one-side, we’re going to accept that assumption. I want to see that, but I want to read the book first! Hunger Games 11 hours 14 minutes.
