The Uhing Travels…. Read all about Ryan Uhing's travels across the globe. The Uhing Travels…. For Ryan’s 33rd birthday we decided to go and discover the Rhein village of Rüdesheim. Nestled across the river from Bingen. We were surrounded by steep sloping terraced vineyards full of grapes ready for harvesting. Taking a quick boat ride we soon realized that Rüdesheim’s entire vibe is that of wine and lovely little shops set in narrow, winding cobblestone streets the most famous being the ‘ Drosselgasse.
