Friday, June 26, 2009. The doctor also suggested it could be celiac disease (wheat allergy). When we told him Cameron tested negative for celiac the doctor said the blood tests are often inconclusive. Great. There is a procedure that can be done where the intestine is biopsied to find out if he has it, but we're not going there yet. The good news of the day: As we were on the elevator up to the GI doctor, the CF doctor called us and told us Cameron was negative for the genetic testing for CF. Hooray!

Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Of course we were undefeated. We had such a fun season. Although the games were rather early (8:30am on Saturdays in Healdsburg), the season seemed to fly by with a ton a memories that make our hearts smile. Lilly liked to typically do a full pirouette after each swing.really cute. Drew really gets baseball. Monday, November 30, 2009. On November 4th Chase turned four! Where did those last four years go? I vividly remember lying in the hospital bed with him when he was born, now my bouncing baby boy is a bouncing big boy! And bounce he did! Thursday, December 23, 2010. So I was honestly nervous for this performance because my kids (mostly my daughter) can be totally unpredictable in these situations. One thing goes wrong, and she is pouting with her finger shoved in her mouth and in stubborn shut down mode. So as the butterflies built up in my stomach (very telling of how I will be at sporting events for my kids) I was thrilled to see that they both did awesome! They were going to hit that note.JOY TO THE WORLD. Absolute pure sweetness, yes?

Saturday, October 15, 2011. Has it been 5 years already? We have come a long way since the NICU days at Sutter Hospital. That first year was barely survivable in lots of ways, but the memory of how far these twins has come gives me that warm feeling inside like hot chocolate does coming off a ski slope.
