今日、チーム摩天楼の練習はアラボリックさんとミハエル(あだ名です。日本人ですよ）がスパーしました。いいスパーでした。ちなみに、ミハエルはケージフォースに出てり総合のプロです。 この前のチーム摩天楼の練習はいい練習だった。アラボリックさんと齋藤さんのスパーリングは試合のような緊張感のあるスパーリングだった。さて、明日も２時からチーム摩天楼がんばります。 昨日はチーム摩天楼の練習にこの男復帰しました。『ミヒロ』です。なにやら足を怪我してたらしく、休んでましたが昨日復帰しました。また一緒にがんばっていきたいです。 この前、シーザージムさんへ出稽古に行かせていただきました。宍戸さんと練習させていただきました。 宍戸さん、ハンパなく強くて、『俺…弱ぇ〜ッ! 12303;ガチで自分が情けなくなりました。だからこそすごく大切な時間でした。 自分が弱い事を知って、それを上に行く為の肥やしにする。今の僕よりもっともっと上の僕に早く届きたい。時間は戻ってくれはしないから今がんばって、その先につなげたい。 実写版サザエさん・・・・おもしれぇじゃねーか( o ).

彼女はお金の神様です。信じれば、リッチになれるそうです�. チームのみんなと食事に行きました。あっ、あぁぁぁ〜、チームのリーダーマイクさんのお兄さんのむねさんの靴の中に豚足を落としてしまった〜〜�・・・・むねさん、すみません�. 俺の生徒である、アカデミアアーザの昼間のメンバーです。最近練習もスゲーがんばって、みんな気持ちが入ったいい練習ができてます。やっぱ試合とかいろいろ経験して、みんな気持ちが変わったなって思います。あとは俺が先生として、リングの上で何を見せられるかでもっともっと変わってくると思います。その為に今度の試合がとても重要な一戦となるだろう。しっかりと見ていてくれ! 一昨日は俺の誕生日でした！みんなに誕生日会を開いてもらったんだけどスゲーうれしかったな〜( o )感謝ですね！支えてくれてる人たちがたくさんいるから俺は頑張れてるんだって改めて感じました。みんなの為にもそして自分自身の為にも、頑張らなくちゃって強く思いました。

ヒロは足を怪我して、ジョジョ・エンはアバラを怪我してたり初めての試合と緊張もあっただろうによく勝利を手にしてくれました。 努力は人を裏切らない！改めて学びました。夢は絶対に逃げない。思いは叶う。みんなが、自分の人生のヒーローを目指す世の中になっていきたいです。それにはやはり、一番大切なのは、小さな事にもひとつひとつに感謝をする事でしょう。何か悪い事が起こった時こそ感謝だと思います。なぜなら、何も努力や挑戦をしない人には何も起こりません。何か失敗をした時は高く高く跳ぶ為の助走に入ったという事だと思います。だから、何があっても大丈夫！全てうまくいっている。こう思える人になりたいものです。 普段自分で言ってる事ですが、改めて自分の生徒に教えてもらいました。ありがとうね。そして本当におめでとうございます。 しかし、肝心な写真がない為、この写真アップしました。

明日はいよいよ、我がチームリーダー、マイクさんの試合です。みんな応援よろしくお願い致します。 昨年のタイトルマッチから、本当の意味でこれでやっとリングに帰って来る事ができました。たくさん言いたい事があるけど、なんか忘れました。 応援ありがとうございました。そして・・・・ただいま！! みんな、一生懸命がんばっていて、勝った選手も負けた選手もその人にしかできない誰にも真似のできない試合を見せてくれました。みんな、自分の人生に役立つ一瞬一瞬だったのではと思います。 負けてしまった選手は、たくさんの葛藤があると思いますが、人に悪い事を言われようが、どうされようが、全部自分の心次第だと思います。『まだできる！まだ諦めない！』この気持ちは自分だけのものです。誰も取る事はできません。この気持ちを持ち続けていけば開かない扉は必ず、開きます。 辛い事も、悔しい事も、全て受け入れて、笑顔で心の成功を掴みたいですね。

最近、友達が辛い事があって毎晩酒を飲んでいるという。でも、酒で悔しさや、辛さは解決しない。酒はその場で足踏みをしているだけで、決して前へは進んでないから。辛い時こそ、しっかりとその辛さを握りしめて、『今』を一生懸命生きるしかないと思う。そうすれば、開かない扉は必ず、開くと思う。最近、さらに強く思うようになった。『今』は二度と帰ってこない。だから、辛い時に悔しい時に、逃げないでしっかりと前を見て前へ進まないといけないと思う。 また何か不安な事があったら俺に相談をしてきてほしい。だけど、肝心な解決策はその彼自身しか知らない。扉を抉じ開けるのは、彼自身だから。 そして何より、俺を生んでくれたお父さんお母さん、感謝してます。ありがとうございます。 そして何より、俺を生んでくれたお父さんお母さん、感謝してます。ありがとうございます。 昨日は誕生日でした。 たくさんの人から祝っていただきました。その中で、わざわざ地元福島から仕事が終わ.

Welcome to Rachael's blog. Monday, 20 July 2009. WOW Ive been eating the most amazing food and drinking the best nihonshu this past 48hrs. Last nite I dined at a great sakana restaurant. Kokubunji has some of the best places to eat and drink. Tonite Shihan nd Miyuki Sensei had a little party.
