http://katiemaciniraq.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Katie Mac in Iraq. Monday, January 28, 2008. Katie didn't give me a title.again. So it rained for a couple days here and literally, the whole place turned into a mud pit. It was disgusting! I mean, it gets into work, your room, the bathroom, the chow hall, all over your pants. But just today, it was nice out for the first time in over a week so the mud started drying up. Thank goodness b/c I am running outof pants to wear. I am a little past halfway of my tour out here. It has gone by soo quickly! Living...

Katie Mac in Iraq: Lots of teachers in the family
http://katiemaciniraq.blogspot.com/2009/05/lots-of-teachers-in-family.html
Katie Mac in Iraq. Sunday, May 24, 2009. Lots of teachers in the family. On Tuesday, the day before I left for Canada, I stopped by my cousin's 9th grade Math class - he is a math teacher at North Springs High School. Note to self - never stop by a 9th grade class on the last day of class. The class was horrible! 160;Do you know how hard it is to sit in class for 55 mins and not doodle? 160;It's torture. Those kids need to be put in their place! 160;I felt quite . repremanded. Pics from my adventures!

Katie Mac in Iraq: February 2008
http://katiemaciniraq.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Katie Mac in Iraq. Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Today I got to go shooting at the range with 4 ex-special forces guys. It was awesome! Last week we had a mini-sandstorm. It wasn't as bad as ones I had seen on videos in our pre-deployment classes, but there sure was a lot of sand. This was a picture I took walking home the next week. Now, this was actually a clear night. But even on a clear night, there is a lot of sand in the air. Sunday, February 24, 2008. Is everyone able to still view my blog? Well, ...

http://katiemaciniraq.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
Katie Mac in Iraq. Friday, November 30, 2007. I had asked him 3 times if he was married over the course of the week. But Jen was looking out for me and did a little research and hoila, married. Wow, seriously, I mean seriously? I guess it was a good lesson for me. It is amazing how people totally assume a new relationship status when they come out here. What is wrong with people today? Wednesday I worked 16 and a half hours. Sweet! My title is "Reports Writer." I think it sounds cool. There are about 5 d...
