About The Last Spartan. Sorry to have been incognito folks. Work has been very busy. I was drained after a family meeting with the loved ones of a brain-dead 35 year old woman who were very distrusting of me and they were simply determined not to hear me. Quite honestly, I’m a bit depressed. To top that off, my former program director of my residency died last week as a result of colon cancer. He was a very nice man who mentored me and many others.
