These Rules are designed for the guidance of members of the profession. They are not intended to be exhaustive nor to cover every point that may arise in the course of practise of the profession of an advocate. In case of doubt as to the proper course of conduct to be followed by counsel, counsel is obliged, depending on the circumstances, to obtain either a ruling from his Bar Council or the advice of a member of his Bar Council or of a senior member of his/ her Bar.
