OK so here's something interesting that I found out today. Several - Support Group for Migraine Sufferers. 22 October 2014 @ 01:13 am. Or has any of your doctors taken you off of it since it's become a triplicate? Has anyone's doctor switched them to Tylenol #4, claiming that it is "basically the same thing as hydrocodone". Trying to Stay Motivated. Sep 18th, 2008 at 5:27 PM. I'm taking a swimming conditioning class twice a week. Belly dance class started on Tuesday, and with a performance in December, we're practicing twice a week. I'm also taking aerobic/toning classes at the recreation center on campus twice a week. May 16th, 2009. May 16th, 2009 at 7:02 PM. Weight Feb 2008 179. Weight Sept 2008 150. Winter weight gained 5lbs. Weight April 2009 155. New weight goal 140-145. Weight lost 2009 - 2lbs. Lbs till goal - 7-12lbs. I think I can do it! Since the weather has been nicer lately, I have been going for daily walks, at least an hour in length approx 3.5 - 3.75 miles in length. Inside weight maintenance activities. Nov 17th, 2008 at 12:26 PM. With the weather turning colder, getting dark so early, it is hard to do my evening walks (haven't done them in a while actually, but want to try and start to get back in the habit, even if they aren't as long as before). I need some good indoor activities that can be done in my apartment to keep my weight maintained. Apr 15th, 2009 at 10:53 PM. Just had my yearly physical and here are the numbers. Current weight 155lbs (up 5lbs from my low last year). That triglyceride number is key as previously it had been about double that number. My goal this year is to lose 10-15lbs and get down to about 140-145. I think that is perfectly reasonable and reachable considering that the weather is getting warmer and the days longer, which means I can get back in the habit of nightly walks either before or after dinner.
