The Ongoing Adventures of J&K. Saturday, August 12, 2006. Well, thanks to Mac, Gary and Ben- and a break in the rain- we got the playhouse that my neighbors gave us leveled and functional. It still needs some work, and I've got to add some mulch or something around the base, but after a hesitant start, Jared and Katrina loved the slide and swings. The Ongoing Adventures of J&K. Sunday, May 28, 2006. 1 Month and 1 Day. It's been a while since I updated this, and I think Katrina's grown an inch or two. You can see how long her hair is. Most of the time she has it in a barrette, which means, of course, that we're teaching Jared how to leave it alone. She's been a little off lately, but she worsened quickly, turning down milk and ice cream for the first time in her 13.5 years.
