Jubilee by the Sea. We provide an environment where young people can learn to play Traditional Jazz and improvisation in front of a live audience. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and we provide educational opportunities to both youth and young adults. Every year, our club sends up to 10 young people to the Sacramento.
