Sacred Heart is a Catholic School located in Westmead catering for over 200 children. The school serves the parish of Westmead and draws on students from Westmead and other neighbouring suburbs. Sacred Heart Primary was established in 1956 by the Sisters of Mercy. The Mercy tradition continued until 1993, when Ms Sattler was appointed the first lay Principal of the school.
