Sunday, October 5, 2008. Olle at General Conference. Yesterday Olle and I went to General Conference in the Conference Center in Salt Lake City. It was beautiful. And Olle was great fun to be with. A nice man took our picture by the fountain before we went into sit down. Olle and I played Tic-Tac-Toe while we waited. Olle is good at that! We sat at the feet of the prophets and were taught. Wednesday, July 30, 2008. I went to Argentina with Laurie Swim. We had a wonderful eight days seeing old friends and new sights. What a beautiful country! Here we are at the Buenos Aires Temple, beautiful, gray, soon to be enlarged. Some sights of the city, here a statue in the midst of the busy roads. A beautiful little white church with ancient Gregorian chant music inside where priests used to learn such things. Their White House is actually pink, and beautiful. Friday, May 23, 2008. Weekends with the Queen. Windsor Castle is really something, looming over the village of Windsor from a hilltop. The Queen and her family come here for weekends. What fun that would be, to frolic with the grandchildren in these formal rooms with snazzy carpets and prim furniture and paintings of kings and queens lining the walls. It kinda sucks though, because there is no hot ninth graders {or older boys} to be cautions about! Ahaha oh well. we are the ninth graders now.
