All you need is cud! All you need is cud! So I haven't posted in a REALLY long time. I like to think this is because I have a mostly boring life, but in reality it just hasn't occurred to me to post anything. I refinanced my condo back in early May - I'm now in a fixed-rate mortgage with a much better interest rate. This pleases me! No more panicking about September, when my rate would have adjusted. Also, I was able to get some cash out of it, which I used to buy a new-to-me car! Post a new comment.
