16, 2009. Sae Kazu English Journal.

It's been 6 months since I moved from Tokyo to Toyama, a country side of Japan. This is a great place for fishing and backpacking, not great for shopping. Sae Kazu English Journal.

I love bluegills. They're agressive, curious and powerful for their size. It was warm and sunny today, besides I took a day off. I couldn't think of anything other than going to river, with a fly rod. I've been planning to fish for bass, with my favorite Falcon rods, until yesterday. Fishing for bass is surely tough in Japan. Break Line: The First Step

I was only seeing pavement underneath and my moving feet with a pair of gray trekking shoes. I even couldn't look up. As I wrote here before, I started hiking this year. Since I was just a novice at hiking, my plan was to begin from an EASY dayhike. Sure This is gonna be fun, enjoying landscapes, having ramen. Lunch at the top if the weather's good.".
