deb in guate: the original proposal
http://debinguate.blogspot.com/2009/02/original-proposal.html
Sunday, February 15, 2009. So what am I here to do? Here's the original proposal that I submitted a year and a half ago (yes, this project has been on my mind for awhile now! It is titled: Engaging Indigenous Groups in Guatemalan Education Policymaking. A country still deeply affected by the longest, bloodiest civil war in Latin America, Guatemala today remains sharply divided – between rich and poor, ladino. Two Models of Indigenous Education. CNEM is an association of 22 indigenous organizations that s...

deb in guate: September 2009
http://debinguate.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
