A person may weigh 10 stones and look much slimmer than someone who weighs 8 Stones, why? Because the more toned/muscular you are, the better you can carry those extra ‘pounds’ because you lose more on the muscle mass (looking less toned/Bulky for guys) and the easier is for you to get back in shape quicker than someone who only does Cardio training and no weights training at all).
