IPC stages second project review with Rio 2016 Organising Committee. November 28, 2012. After the conclusion of the London 2012 debrief this week, the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) staged a Project Review on Friday, 23rd November with the Rio 2016 Organising Committee. The IPC team of 10 was led by Xavier Gonzalez, Chief Executive Officer and Thanos Kostopoulos, Paralympic Games Integration Director, whilst the Rio 2016 delegation was headed by Leonardo Gryner, their Chief Executive Officer.

Despite bringing home the bronze from last years Asian Para Games, the fact remains, that our sailors are new to the sport, and are enjoying an extraordinary learning curve.
