Sailing log from the crew and guests of S/Y Firefly. August 24, 2015. August 24, 2015. Hval, is og nordlys: Reykjavik til Qaqortoq. Etter nøye studering av været, fant vi et lovende værvindu. Det ble hard jobbing med proviantering, stuing og matforberedelser, først utpå kvelden kom vi oss endelig avgårde. Det ble litt interessant når vi trengte å reve. Ganske lettet over at vi hadde mer en nok diesel, ikke lengre hadde dårlig tid, og at vi ikke kom til å få bruk for backup planen fortsatte vi med godt mot.
