Sailing Equinox: After two haulouts in two months
http://sailingequinox.blogspot.com/2013/07/after-two-haulouts-in-two-months.html
Monday, July 01, 2013. After two haulouts in two months. Capt B was ready for a little fun, so here's what he did on the Seattle haulout. Our dinghy is now officially a joke. Our boat name has been a joke, for quite sometime, so what's one more at this point? This was inspired by our dock neighbor, Doug, who loved to call the main vessel "Running Free and Naked." Thank you, Doug, for your inspiration. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Cruising with Mr Mac. Let's Try Another One.

Sailing Equinox: Bye, Running Free
http://sailingequinox.blogspot.com/2011/08/bye-running-free.html
Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Bye, Running Free. See ya next year. Bob said goodbye to the boat yesterday after popping a lot of blisters and winterizing everything. Nothing like cheap vodka in the water tanks to keep them from freezing, although it's usually not that cold in Seattle. Still, you have to prepare for the craziest weather possible. Vodka in the water tanks - what a great idea! Just think of the terrific party you can have when you get back and have ready-made drinks from the tap!

Thursday, July 25, 2013. Will work for Dungeness crab. For some of us, having two boats is really just not enough. Having done two bottom jobs in the past - what? If Idle hands are the Devils workshop Capt. B must just about be a saint. Except we all know how Saint Kitty attained her status.Putting up with Capt. B! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sailing Equinox: So ready for a sail after this project
http://sailingequinox.blogspot.com/2013/03/so-ready-for-sail-after-this-project.html
Monday, March 18, 2013. So ready for a sail after this project. Luckily our friends John and Roberta invited us out on their lovely vessel, s/v Freedom, for an afternoon sail yesterday. They hadn't been out of the slip since arriving here in December, so were really ready - as were we. We had no wind for awhile and then plenty, like 20 kts, which was awesome. Not the most fabulous pictures, but hope you get the idea. What a great idea! We miss you all. Nice blog i like it very much nice work.

Sailing Equinox: Tasting wine in Woodinville
http://sailingequinox.blogspot.com/2011/08/tasting-wine-in-woodinville.html
Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Tasting wine in Woodinville. Since Kitty will be in the air all day on our anniversary tomorrow, we decided to celebrate yesterday with a little road trip to Woodinville, where there are wine tasting rooms ranging from the gorgeous and spectacular, like Chateau Ste. Michelle, to the mundane, like little storefronts in strip malls. In keeping with our fairly low-brow taste, we thought the best we tried was Alexandria Nicole. For a sausage sampler and some Copper Hook. Late Coffee...
