Usually a wild and stormy area we were able to motor round in calm conditions. There is a large bay surrounded by mountains. A spectacular setting . There are 3 possible moorings. I bought Three Feathers in 2006, knowing very little about sailing in Greece or the Kalamata area. I have had to learn as I went along. I have come to love sailing around along the coast of Messinia and want to share what I have found out. The beauty of the coast with its islands , bays and coves. The weather patterns so important for safe sailing.
