A Welsford Pathfinder in the Middle West. Tuesday, August 9, 2016. And crew have been in Bayfield for the summer. On-water time has been split between our (new to us) C-Dory 22 Halcyon. Her only overnight thus far was July 23rd with Halcyon. And a full house of Tilly, Tudy, Katie, and Lars. We anchored in Julian Bay (off Stockton Island). Flies were impossible until sundown, when the mosquitoes took over. The rest of the crew slept on Halcyon while I hid in my sleeping bag on ohboyohboy.

A Welsford Pathfinder in the Middle West. Sunday, September 27, 2015. There were a number of firsts on Saturday:. Launch and retrieve without son Lars to assist,. An extended sail on ohboyohboy. Sail on Lake Mendota. The first of these was a challenge that just had to be faced sooner or later. We did ok, but setup-and-launch took about 80 minutes.
