Tuesday, 7 June 2016. We are pleased to say that Stornoway Subsea Ltd. Are offering 1kg of hand-dived scallop meat as one of our prizes for the Sail Stornoway events. Many thanks for that Mr Subsea. A fine prize for boating events. Monday, 6 June 2016. Thank goodness, the weather has not been Gale Force as of late. In fact we have had some wonderful sailing weather that tempted sailors out. She'll be ready for the lug sail challenge in the Sail Stornoway Festival. Saturday, 16 April 2016. Skiffs, Sgoths and Schooners. There's boats getting ready for the season and particularly the Sail Stornoway Festiva. L all round the place. Newly repainted Skiffs. In the boat-shed. A Sgoth. There too along with another [ Jubilee. Does that make sense?

Saturday, 26 March 2016. After the Parade of Boats. In the outer harbour comes the Ceilidh in D'Anglers or as most know it, the Sea Angling Club. Run by Falmadair, it's a chance to catch up with old friends, have a wee drinkie and listen to some - yet to be confirmed. Is heavily involved in the restoration and sailing of the old traditional boats of the Outer Hebrides. They maintain and sail the lovely Jubilee, Broadbay and an Sulaire sgoth. Times and costs to be confirmed. Parade of boats - July 13th.
