If somebody reports OutOfMemoryException the first thing you should ask them to give memory dump ( adplus -pn:processname -hang) . Open dump in windbg. Symfix;.reload;.load clr10 sos. Find out managed or unmanaged leak? From above you found managed memory is not that high ( say around 200MB) then you are good in managed memory and now it is unmanaged memory. And first thing you should look is at the end.
