When my friend Kiki came for a visit last month I also made another curry for us. Because Kiki loves lamb curry, the decision was almost easy. I chose the Lamb Korma this time because it doesn't need much ingredients but many spices X3. Lamb Korma with Cashews. 800 g lamb meat, sliced in pieces. 4 onions 6 garlic. 2 tsp caraway seeds. 1 tsp mustard grains.

Freitag, 30. Dezember 2016. A little belated post about Christmas. I've been to Rehab during December but I went home for Christmas. Getting back into my flat after being absent for several weeks felt absolutely great. I came back at the 23rd and met some friends at the Christmas Market that evening. For Desert we had dish made from whipped cream, meringue and raspberries which had been made by my aunt and a chocolate fountain which fresh fruit and of course some christmas cookies from my grandmother.
