Monday, October 11, 2010. I finally had a good week! So keep it up and kick booty! I managed to do 6 days of cardio this week with 3 days of strength training. I know I have mentioned this before but, I really think I need to mention it again. Kettlebells are amazing! Not only did I strength training while using them I am also getting cardio. Thursday, November 29, 2012. Thanksgiving Wattle Waddle Fun! I had run this race last year so I wasn't really nervous or worried what it would be like. There were only about 100 people there. It was small but a very nice crowd. We knew a lot of the people there because it was one of the 16 races in the Steeplechaser's. It was a challenging race for me but, the atmosphere was fun and I loved being there with the rest of the ladies! I will most likely be doing this race again next year! We look cold right?

I walk all the time, at night that is. I started walking with my mom at my local park, (forest with maintained paths). Then one day.I decided to go walking before the sun went down. If I Work it. It will shrink. Why I want to lose weight. This is going to be a running list as I come up with ideas, thoughts, etc. in ABC (for the most part) order. Bathing suit without shame. Daily activities with ease and grace. Energy to keep up with my kids. Enjoy shopping for clothes. Getting up off the floor with ease. Go down the stairs like normal. Going up stairs and not be outta breath. No more sucking in my gutt for pictures. Picking up dropped item while sitting and still being able to breath.
