I'm sure just like us you have those evenings where you have so many things going on and very little time between that you just don't think you have time to cook anything, so the drive-thru is your only option. Well, not anymore! 1 Can chicken, drained. 1 Can Cream of chicken (or mushroom). 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice.

Kristi's Little Corner of the World: Sausage Soup

Kristi's Little Corner of the World. Friday, March 28, 2014. This is a recipe that I got from my aunt Marsha, it's one of our favorites! 1 lb sausage (browned like hamburger meat). 4 cups or two cans chicken broth (I always use homemade). 1 Can Italian Stewed tomatoes (I run through the food processor, so they are easier to eat). 1 tsp Italian Seasoning. 1 Cup Orzo (can be hard to find, it's usually in the pasta isle, though it is not a pasta). Kristi's Little Corner of the World. Tuesday, March 26, 2013. This one so far has been by far the worst. It took nearly 45 minutes, headphones with loud music, a pillow over her face (she did it, not us) and it still was a fight, but done. Whew! I think its the anticipation that gets her, the shot doesn't hurt that bad, she says. The next few doses went okay, but it does take a few minutes to get her mind prepped. After the 6th dose we went back to the opthamologist and she said Kimmer's eye was quiet!

Kristi's Little Corner of the World. Thursday, April 25, 2013. This is another of my family's favorites, its a recipe that I got from Dean's mom and tweaked it a bit for my likings. 2-3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded or cubed. 3 1/2 cups chicken broth (I use the water I cooked the chicken in). 1 can cream of chicken. 1 can cream of celery. 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese. 3 1/3 cups Bisquick Mix. This feeds my family of 4 with leftovers for usually two lunches. Let me know if you like it!
