Here we go again. On August 23, 2012, Salem Springs LLC filed suit against Salem Township in Washtenaw County Circuit Court. They have asked for Declaratory Relief regarding the recently submitted referendum vote. Salem Springs LLC has been capitalizing on the regular occurance of the Board being "asleep at the wheel". It should be noted first that at 17 seconds into the video, Paul Uherek looks directly at the person filming. He then appears to be very irritated and asks a question, "You didn't call the meeting to order did you? Is told "No" and then mumbles something unrecognizable. He then proceeds to charge into the person filming and knocks them to the ground. Hey clearly looks directly at the camera.
