I was reading a piece from a marketing firm the other day about gathering and converting leads. Part of the discussion focused on the number of times or touch points, it may take to convert someone to lead, and from there a viable opportunity. They said it could take 4 to 8 time or more to gain a lead, and a further 4 to 6 contact to convert that lead to a prospect. Tagged abve the pipe.
