Ikan yang telah dibersihkan hendaklah dilumur dengan tepung ubi/jagung dan goreng hingga masak. Setelah masak, angkat dan ketepikan. Setelah itu tuangkan kuah yang telah masak ke atas ikan goreng tadi. Siap untuk dihidangkan.
