He was born Jan. 7, 1961, in Carthage, Texas. Tony was assistant director of the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy in East Camden and Pastor of Banks Missionary Baptist Church in Banks. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Monroe Rinehart and Jean Bowen Rinehart; and one sister, Karen Reddin.
