Salad with Avocado, Grapefruit and Orange. 2 ripe avocados in thick slices. 2 oranges, fileted (make sure to catch the juice). 1 pink grapefruit, fileted (catch the juice). 90 g young rocket leaves. 1 teaspoon grated orange skin. 75 ml olive oil. 1 tablespoon of chopped, fresh mint leaves. Mix the avocados and fruits in a large bowl. Rinse the rocket and carefully mix it with fruit and avocados.
