Here I Go: Adventures of Louisa. I'm so excited for this trip! We've been packing for weeks- well maybe not packing, but getting ready. Mum has been planning and planning and planning. Every time she has something decided, she changes her mind again: should we depart from Victoria or should we depart from Vancouver? Should we land in Japan, or go straight to China? Are we going to the Dodge Mahhal (or whatever it is she calls that place- I never quite get it right. but Mum says it's beautiful!

We've had ever so grand a time- I can hardly imagine it will get any better, but Uncle says we've not even started yet! But we have- oooh we have! They even took a picture for me to keep! I have used some of these screens and stencils before, but as an afterthought-on top of the block prints. This time I decided that the screen and stencils should be printed first.. I printed the largest of the stencil waste that I have. The one on the bottom, farthest right will get halibut printed on it.

Wednesday, January 8, 2014. I love Studio J. My love of Studio J for getting my pictures scrapbooked continues to grow. I did a year and a half worth of layouts in just a few days. I posted most of them below by topic to make it easier to sort! While I could have added more detail and taken longer. I was in a hurry to finish. I guarantee you I couldn't have gotten even a quarter of this done with traditional scrapbooking in the same amount of time. Who says you can't make good friends at work?
