Wednesday, 29 April 2015. I am sat here WRITING. To you having eaten my way through two walnut whips, wrapped in a little blanket with a hot mug of tea and the heating on! I here you say. Well i'm mourning Spring. Because quite frankly the last 48 hours of hail, snow, sideways rain and force-ten gales has left me feeling less than amused! And despite my very best efforts to write more in between them, my dear Wonderful Wednesday posts have become so ingrained into my little routine that missing one would feel just as catastrophic as say, forgetting to eat a walnut whip. It's been a while since I posted, so I thought I'd share a few of the things I've been baking recently and what I'd like to do in 2014. I entered the cake and we enjoyed an afternoon at the Fayre. At the end, we went back to the competition tent and I was delighted to find that I had won the competition.
