Monday, May 17, 2010. I was diagnosed last September 2009 with ULCER and DYSPEPSIA at the Davao Medical Center. I was rushed in to the hospital because I was frequently vomiting and I could hardly breathe to the extent that I almost gave in for DEATH. Sounds funny because of "ULCER with DYSPEPSIA", in the sense that "how could it be? When if you have an ulcer then you might NOT BE EATING ;and dyspepsia then you might BE EATING A LOT.
