Saturday, March 5, 2011. Ok so this month I am celebrating " Me. In the words of Miss Piggy. Not only because it's my birthday this month but it also marks my 1 year journey to a happier, healthier me. I started this amazing program in the end of February of last year (2010) and 10 months later I was 100 lbs. I know 100 lbs. I couldn't believe it or be happier, I didn't have to starve myself , and I didn't have to kill myself in the gym. All I had to do was eat, I'm pretty sure I knew how to do that!
