Martin Durie at Kenton has a wonderful flock of Jacob sheep, slow-grown on varied pasture for a lovely rich flavour. He provides us with late summer and autumn lamb and hoggett (one year-old lamb). Jason Gathorne-Hardy provides us with our delicious new season lamb from the lush meadows around the Alde river at Great Glemham.
