Yogurt Marinated Chicken Kebabs with Aleppo Pepper. I talian Sausage Burgers with Garlicky Spinach. I might make this again this weekend- to approximate an bbq meal). Roasted Red Pepper Panzanella. More for a dinner party side or appetizer, not for a meal). Turkey and Zucchini Burgers. Thai Red Curry Pork. We make this all the time now).

Sunday, March 22, 2015. How Sal spent his weekend. And today I used my Groupon for the first of my five hot yoga classes. Anyway, I came home, took a shower, and then had to lay down for about two hours. I'm not sure my body responds well to extreme heat- and I don't even feel like I got a workout! This was a great few days for cooking. On Friday, I made Gourmet's Chicken Curry with Cashews. I used boneless chicken and greek yogurt, but otherwise pretty much followed the recipe.
