Friday, May 29, 2009. Still don't want to leave. So, I finished the death defying experience of summiting mount whitney via the mounatineers route and making it back down. Monday, April 13, 2009. WTF am I thinking? That is exactly what was going through my head as I was headed out to do a pre-ride of the Sea Otter Classic XC course yesterday. The race is Friday. I felt like crap right from the beginning. Going up 82 didn't help that feeling either. Over on that side of Fort Ord, it was kind of warm too and I was sweating like a hog. Why am I trying to RACE this? All the while watching people pass me by because I didn't train enough. Running through my head.

Friday, March 27, 2009. Man, I enjoy the bike. But, if you are reading this, you already know that. I think I enjoy even more so when I am in shape and the bike seems easy to pedal. Evil Genius Bike Blog. Where will my bike take me today? Wednesday, March 18, 2009. The time changed last week, and we had a few warm days. Did I get to take advantage of it? Well today it was in the 60's, and I was determined to ride. When the normal schedule gets me home about 6-6:30, that leaves a hour until dark. A 20 mile ride outside is light years better than a hour on the trainer. As sunset gets later, the ride time will increase. Hmm not sure about 123! Wednesday, March 18, 2009.
