Sam and Lynnette Davidson. Tuesday, January 03, 2006. From the desk of Lynnette: A day at sea. Only I will be posting today. Sam has the night off. We began the day by going to Disney’s Art of Entertaining: Dessert. Today, Eldon from India showed us how to make poached pear with chocolate sauce. I doubt I’ll ever make such a thing at home, but it was tasty. I’m having trouble remembering what happened next. I think we ordered lunch through room service and then took a nap. On to the martini tasting!
