Sunday, January 18, 2009. 3 Things I've Learned This Semester (so far.). 1 Being sore is not always a bad thing. Can you be out of shape if you've never actually been in shape? That's going to be the question of the semester. Dynamic fitness is seriously kicking my butt, but it's totally, 100% awesome. A one hour work out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday doesn't sound like much to some. But the last time I ran to run, I was in 9 th. 2 Being social is so much more fun than staying home.
