Archive of ‘Uncategorized’ category. Fast as you can! We went on a scavenger hunt this morning, trying to find the gingerbread man! Once they found him, they took turns hiding the clues in new spots so the others could find it again. Elf success again! The elves just keep on insisting that we need more holiday decorations! This morning they brought a champagne christmas tree for the living room (that matches out sparkly ceiling) and a rattan rudolph. Who am I to say no to such cute faces.

Prepping for Santa{aka: the final 2013 52×2! We left food for the reindeer outside again this year. The kids got bold and braved it without even a shoe, never mind a jacket. They each had their own technique too. Thomas carefully sprinkled, while Molly tried to, but lasted only a second before turning her bag upside down and dumping the entire contents onto the ground. Back inside, she was bright eyed in her Santa prep. Pouring the milk, as Thomas readied the carrots. And Happy New Year!

They still don't know why Simon is losing weight. They have a lot of idea's. There are many things it could be. This passage has been a comfort to me in this stressful time. The family God has blessed me with. Friday, March 9, 2012. When I was growing up my parents started to celebrate half birthdays. At first I thought it was pretty weird, but came to love it. We would get half a cake. I think that was my favorite part. My mom would make a round cake, cut it in half and make it a layered half cake. What a great idea, and great memories.
