Friday, December 08, 2006. This week's update is that Samantha ate cereal for the first time. It was very watered down, but she really liked it. I thought she was going to have trouble eating from a spoon, but she did really well! I will continue to nurse her, but I thought it would just be fun to try. Saturday, November 11, 2006. Is 11 weeks old! If you haven't already noticed, I sort of skipped over week 10. I guess time flies when your having fun :). Well, Sam is 11 weeks! She is changing so much before my eyes I can't believe it! Her favorite thing to do is lay and talk to her friend the ceiling fan. She lays and talks to him until I turn him off. Tuesday, October 31, 2006. We spent this week back in sunny California! Samantha went on her first plane ride, met her Grandparents and family, tried some sushi and went to her first Volleyball game! This was an exciting time because we got to see all of our family and friends! I don't know how big Samantha is this week, but she fit into some 6 month PJs last night. We spent some time in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, and Santa Monica. One of the highlights is that we got to see the musical Wicked before it left the Pantages Theater! Standing at the end of the Santa Monica Pier. The mountain view from my parent's backyard. Outside of the Pantages in Los Angele.

Through our daughter's eyes. . . Learning. . .laughing. . .growing. Today was a snow day. Not literally, but a local bank was hosting a really fun Christmas event with a petting zoo, snow and music. Samantha loved it! It did happen to be very cold here today though and it did snow in the local mountains. Enjoy the pictures and video. Samantha made a little snowman this afternoon. This was her first time in the snow! Samantha and Brian's dad video chatted with him for a while today!

Last night we had a 'pre-Thanksgiving' dinner with the Sagehorn's (I forgot my camera so I didn't get a picture) but we had a wonderful evening with the family. Then today we spent the afternoon with Brian's family down in Costa Mesa. Samantha loved playing with all her cousins (well, third cousins) and we had a delicious meal! Gracie, Leah, Samantha and Aiden . Uncle Kevin was Samantha's 'swing buddy'.
